Classify 31GB to 33GB as 32GB (no one sells 31GB drives)

I bought a "32GB" drive which is actually 31.45...GB. It is logged as a "31GB" drive. I wanted to see how mine compared to other drives. Since you can only search for 16, 32, 64 etc. I couldn't see mine grouped with similar drives. I think some fuzzy logic that says 31GB to 33GB is really 32GB would be nice. Also I would like to see USB 2/3, and file system info in the list/table, not just in the detail.
